- Julia Croft Review added: 2018.09.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rang them this morning to say I had concerns about my dog having patch of fur missing on leg and getting worse and now red inflamed and itchy and I was worried could be mange even though my dog is up to date with front line and wormed. I explained I had no finance to pay until next week and could they see her with view to raising invoice for me as I live around the corner from them and could pay them then. They refused to see her n said they are a private practice and no they would not do this . I work but unfortunately this was unaccounted for. I don't expect free treatment I just wanted a few days leeway to pay. I got fobbed off like they just didn't care and refused to see her. I have now spoken to another practice who are happy to see her and do this for me. Goodbye vets 4 pets you are disgraceful no caring from u at all. I hope people read this before going to them as they have no compassion.
