The service was perfect and as I was quite busy, Bob kept the car for me for a while with only a small deposit. I could test the car before fully committing and was pleased with the overall experience. After a few months driving, the car showed a few minor problems and Lance & Bob were very quick to respond and deal with the issue themselves at no extra cost (within warranty period). They didn't try to cut corners or spare cost to fix what was broken. They just did the job and kept every promise that was made the day of the sale. You can trust those guys, they know what they're doing.

You can see Bob has a true passion for what he does and I thought I knew about cars! His team are a cracking bunch and made me feel very comfortable from the off. No pressure. No sales pitch. I can honestly say that the level of service and care I received from Bob and Lance has been second to none. from my first telephone contact to collecting the car. Every question was answered, i was given as much time as I needed to view the car, look at the paper work and test drive. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them and I know they will be top of my list..
