Debbie ran the class which focused on New World Whites V Old Worldf Whites. We were made at ease quickly and enjoyed learning about the wines.

We went with friends and we all said afterwards how amazing it is to experience the way a gin’s flavour can be enhanced or change with the right accompaniment.
I am now thinking more clearly about the occasions I might drink gin and the garnishes I could use. I highly recommend Debbie and the Notts Derby Wine School and we will definitely be back another time!
