From initial contact with Mark where I sent some pictures and asked for a quote, communication was excellent and the quote was very reasonable. Mark emailed me back the same evening, and was able to come out to install the fire within 1 week (particularly impressive as this was the week leading up to Christmas and we were struggling to find anyone else that could fit us in). Installation was quick, efficient and clean. Mark was friendly and professional, and we’re really pleased to have our new wood burner up and running. Would highly recommend.
