- Matthew Pumfrey Review added: 2018.08.21★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I don't see the problem with this individual practice that isn't felt around the whole NHS. Its a city centre surgery, wait times will be high, call after 9am and yes you'll be waiting on the phone, i call before and have had no problem. Visited a couple time and had unrushed, in depth care. Last visit I saw the nurse instead of the doctor due to me not describing my symptoms properly, the nurse diagnosed and went for advice from the doctor and returned with a prescription, saving me the wait for an appointment. Great.

You have to call before 9 am in order to get seen the same day but this is the same at any GP practice. All the staff are super helpful and I can not fault the care I have had here, much better than previous surgeries I have been to.
