- H P Review added: 2018.05.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These guys reek of incompetence and complacency on a scale I have never experienced. A main communal door wide open for days, broken gates that need repeated repair allowing drunkards to wander into the compound. One evening there was no water overnight and into the afternoon- all reported as soon as detected but never sensed any urgency in their response. Then the managers have the audacity to park anywhere they please, inconveniently blocking off parts of the car park with their huge SUVs, in what is a strictly controlled area. Somebody needs to go in there and chuck out the dead wood! Anybody considering renting/buying with this company, think again.. Not worth the hassle
- Shirley Cooke Review added: 2018.04.30★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Went to get death certificate copied to enable changes to bills. This was easy. Asked what I had to do to change payment methods. Unable to help so had to use phone in next room and ask for finance. Didn't find button with new enquiries, only new repairs. Tried this and got fed up of listening to music and other recorded information. Surely this should be readily available without any hassle, but no. Left without making contact with finance. Will try emailing, but expect automated delivery reply and then reply as and when.
