It is used as a student halls, and the majority of people who live there are plainly dreadful, inconsiderate, self-entitled, extremely rude bullies, who do not give a damn about anyone or anything other than continuing their party. The norm from them is music playing throughout the night, drunk/intoxicated and disorderly bahaviour in residences and communal areas, damaging their neighbours property, intimidation and bullying. The security guards onsite are powerless to address the above. The management company do not care, yet there have been numerous reports made to them about problems on every floor. Sublets occur throughout the building for the purposes of partying for a day, week end, week, month, and no one takes responsibility for any of the above. The facilities are often broken and very badly maintained. DO NOT RENT OR BUY PROPERTY IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS A HELL HOLE DESPITE BEING PRESENTED OTHERWISE. The management company are Living City and could not be more of a joke. We moved out after just under a year of living in the building - the worst year of mine and my partner's life because of the living conditions.
