I got a call back from the receptionist - I asked how much it would be and she said 'you have to come in and have a patch test - ITS THE LAW'.... Told her I understood she takes her job very seriously, but I really just want to know a rough cost and she just kept repeating herself and shouting!!!
I understand you might be unhappy in your work, but note to self - if you talk to potential customers like that.....they'll go somewhere else!
