  Myself and my husband went over to EM Karaoke yesterday expecting your usual retail outfit with staff suggesting high priced items. However...What a surprise we got! Met Gill who is one of the most talented, accomplished and knowledgeable folk we have ever met in the music industry. We told her what we were looking for and she recommended a fantastic system that fits the bill perfectly! Better still, it cost a fraction of what we were expecting to have to pay! This lady is what I would call 'old school" in relation to the superior service we received (despite her juggling an imminent premises move). Lots of stuff had clearly been packed away but nothing was too much trouble and she still knew where everything was!! A great achievement in itself as I've just moved house and can't claim the same competencies!
  The biggest honour of all is that during discussion, we discovered that Gill is a highly accomplished musician herself and one of her many talents is that she plays the saxophone. I asked to hear her play as this is my husband's favourite instrument and she treat us to a beautiful serenade which sent goosebumps down our spine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for PA/Karaoke equipment.
